Responsible for configuring initial scans and implementing automated rescans to capture Database metadata for 8 different database platforms with over 20M metadata objects captured.
Contributed to the reimagining of Walmart’s Data Strategy, ensuring the ongoing alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Led POCs to analyze the capabilities of new catalog/metadata systems, including Alation and Meta Integration, focusing on driving data management efficiency lineage and metadata.

Military Experience

Retired Lieutenant Colonel with over 23 years in the National Guard, Reserves, and Active Duty including tours in Iraq and Hurricane Relief Operations.
